Page Turner

So you've come up with a book idea, maybe you even have the book title and a few character names.

You have written, rewritten, and rewritten your first chapter to hook your reader in.

Now, the challenge is getting that reader to turn each page until they get to 'the end'.

One thing I keep in mind are the five senses:
- Can the reader smell the character's cologne?
- Can the reader touch the character's face?
- Can the reader hear the character's voice?
- Can the reader taste the character's tears?
- Can the reader see the character's eyes?

Another are the elements of fiction:
- Character
- Plot
- Theme
- Setting
- Style
