Do you love words?

In "Pay it Forword," Kevin Spacey's character Eugene Simonet is a teacher who holds up a dictionary and proceeds to hand out dictionaries to the class.

"Words, we are going to learn to love words," he says.

Do you like words? Do you have a large vocabulary? Do you find yourself looking up words you don't recognize or are you occassionally unsure of a word's meaning?

There was a period in my life where I felt verbally challenged. It wasn't 'cause I was stupid rather I was so afraid to use the wrong word in the wrong place.

Example: I had heard one time that chocolate was a great aphrodisiac. Assuming that that meant happy or to "feel good" I used to order my Venti Mocha Frapp from Starbucks on my way to client pitch meetings. When they asked how I was I would shake my cup and say, "Good now that I have my aphrodisiac." I used that line for a year and a half before I was finally corrected on the meaning.

I now live by the dictionary, thesaurus, wikipedia, and google!
