When all aspects of research, plot development & twists, characters and the all important book title are squared away - a writer is left to write.
Being left to write something requires commitment, very little procrastination - notes, plenty of caffeine, cleaning space without distraction, and time.
Of course, there is time of day to consider, equipment, and countless other things that can keep a writer from doing what they should do.
